Vegan Croissant Toast
Hummus
Avocado
Picked Beet Remoulade
Miccro Arugula
Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Toast the toast
spread the hummus on the toast
fan the avocado over the hummus and top with a quenelle of beet remoulades
drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper then top with the micro arugula
