Since its founding in 2013, Linea has grown a loyal and devoted following of coffee and espresso lovers because of the inherent sweetness, balance, and approachability of their coffees. We were particularly drawn to Linea not only because of the superb quality and taste of their roasts, but because of the Direct Trade relationship they have with Brazilian coffee farm FAF (Fazenda Ambiental Forteleza). FAF Farm is a sustainable, socially responsible and environmentally friendly coffee farm which has been in existence since 1850. Since 2002, the Croce family, who own FAF, has been aggressively working to transform the farm into a model of sustainable and organic agriculture.  

Linea's close relationship with FAF Farm was formed and fostered by Linea founder Andrew Barnett. Andrew is a pioneer of the Third Wave coffee movement. Not only is he committed to directly sourcing beans from the world’s most quality-focused coffee producers and farms, but he also incorporates education and knowledge sharing into his approach. As we continue to expand in the Bay Area and beyond, our commitment to quality has never been stronger. Our ability to have a direct relationship with the farm and farmers that harvest our coffee allows us a profound understanding of the detail and technique that goes into sustainable farming and the movement ahead. Because of this, we are able to share a deep understanding and passion of sustainable coffee with our community of customers, employees and beyond.

Today we are excited to announce our latest endeavor we've been working on all year: the launch of our new brand packaged goods line, including baked goods to be sold in your neighborhood grocery stores! You can now buy our Super Soft™ Brioche Loaf, Super Soft™ Brioche Buns, Super Soft™ Brioche Hot Dog Buns and Super Flaky™ Croissant Buns in select Costco stores across the Bay Area, and soon to be in stores throughout California—and nationwide.

For over 20 years, we have been making and baking for our friends, family and neighborhoods in the San Francisco Bay Area. It has been quite a humbling, rewarding journey, and at times, a wild ride. Through it all, we've remained committed to our founding mission to bring delicious, wholesome, all-natural and affordable foods to as many people as possible. This launch of our packaged goods is a direct extension of this mission, an exciting new way we're bringing a little slice of France to people everywhere.

These are four of our all-time favorites. While they may be 'new' to many of you, we like to think of them as old friends. They are absolutely delicious, made with cage free eggs, non-gmo ingredients, no trans fats and no artificial preservatives. Check out some of our favorite ways to enjoy them here

To stay true to our mission, we've remained focused on sourcing the best ingredients. We have fostered relationships with partners and purveyors who bring us incredible flour, real french butter, responsibly sourced meats, cheeses and coffee, just to name a few. We've also been unrelenting in our quest to perfect our recipes and technique. We are always pursuing, learning and evolving—all in the name of bringing the best quality and the best price to as many people as we can.  

Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, we love what we do. We have fun, we laugh, we enjoy each other and work hard together to always bring our customers great quality and service. It's been an incomparable first 20 years in business and we look forward to the next 20 years, continuing our journey together. And NOW—we bring a little piece of France to your grocery store and pantry!
