Mikanos Cheese (vegan cheese)
Bosc Pear
Persimmons (sliced)
Hazelnuts (peeled and sliced)
Balsamic Syrup
Mint Springs

INSTRUCTIONS
Toast the Vegan toast
spread the cheese on the toast
lay the sliced persimmon on the cheese, then top with a few pear slices
drizzle the balsamic syrup over the top
sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts and garnish with mint.
