Roasted Cauliflower Tartine
Another 100% vegan recipe using our croissant toast.
INGREDIENTS
1 each Vegan croissant Toast
2 T Labneh
Roasted cauliflower
2 T Pepper Jam
Greens (cresta de Gallo or Arugula)
1 tsp Lemon Vinaigrette
INSTRUCTIONS
Toast the toast and set on a plate, spread the labneh over the toast
slice the cauliflower into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices on place toast
top the cauliflower with the pepper jam
toss the arugula with the vinaigrette and place on the top piece of bread then close the sandwich
