This fried chicken sandwich is great to eat either fresh and hot at home or on a picnic at the park or at the beach. Wrap it in foil and take it along on a joy ride in the car.


INGREDIENTS

Everything Croissant Toast

Aioli

Fried Chicken (we advice antibiotic)

Salt

Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Toast the toast

fry one piece of chicken at a time until golden brown and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side

rest the cooked chicken on paper towels to cool

Mix aioli with salt and pepper

assemble the sandwich by spreading the open sides of the toast with the aioli sauce.

top the bottom toast with the fried chicken, and then close with the top toast.
